Language and the Media: Training Manual

Michael Shank has put together a Media Training Manual for Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict (GPPAC) which includes some basic conflict transformation tools, as well as questions to consider regarding language the media uses when reporting issues of conflict. This could be a helpful resource for a communications course or to integrate portions within a writing class as well. You can download the complete manual from his website: Michael Shank | Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict Media Training Manual.
